Facilities Maintenance

Below is a list of known maintenance that is needed to have clean, welcoming and functioning facilities.

As a volunteer run association help is always appreciated and the committee welcomes individuals, groups, teams or clubs to choose tasks from the list to complete. Please contact any member of your committee to discuss.

If other repairs and maintenance items are not on this list please let us know by talking to a committee member or sending an email to secretary.ohi@gmail.com.

Remove fencing along entrance walk (bottom of the hill) plus on hill southern end
Remove the pile of “firewood” at gate… old, damaged sleepers
Western Fence - secure the bottom so balls don't escape
Replace washers in outdoor taps (or whatever else may be needed to stop leaks and have work properly)

Remove sleepers from old garden near scoreboard and level out
Tidy up old roles of turf - get rid of some
Eastern gutter and footpath (caravan park side) – remove built up sand and hose/pressure wash, create path edge again
Western gutter and footpath, including front and back of dugouts - remove built up sand and hose/pressure wash
Grandstand hose down or pressure wash

Stables; remove hanging sisalation from roof and hose down or pressure wash, cut of bolts protruding on the back of the stables
